Dr. Brandon Buchla, DC, CSCS
A second-generation chiropractor, Dr. Buchla completed his B.S. in biology from Fordham University, followed by a doctorate in chiropractic from National University of Health Sciences. He has spent years building his understanding of movement and fitness, working as a personal trainer and CrossFit coach throughout school – receiving multiple certifications in the process [Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), CrossFit-Level 1 (CF-L1), and Rocktape (FMT)]. He is a continuous learner and seeks to always stay on top of the latest research and treatment methods. As such, he has completed a Sports Acupuncture and Dry Needling course through the Midwest Rehabilitation Institute under the renowned Dr. Eric Mitz. He is also currently a preceptor for a select Tufts University School of Medicine student completing an independent study course, with the goal of demonstrating clinical skills in an alternative medicine environment. Over the past year, Dr. Buchla has provided safe, effective, evidence-based care to over 300 patients.
Prior to establishing ATP, Dr. Buchla was a highly competitive athlete. He played football and ran track in high school, earning Sports Academic Honors, All-State, and All-New England honors as a sprinter. Brandon went on to run track for the Division 1 program at Fordham University and compete in powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting meets – setting the NY state deadlift record in 2012.
Drew Accomando, NASM CPT, FRC, FMS
Drew comes from a lifetime of health and fitness. Drew earned his degree in Health and Physical Education Teaching, while being a four year varsity baseball letter-winner at Eastern Connecticut State University. As a two year team captain team, Drew was also a four year All Little East Conference Academic Team member.
A great amount of Drew’s skill comes in strength and conditioning, transformation / weight loss, high intensity group fitness classes, and military combat training. Drew’s passion lies in striving to educate, motivate, and influence clients to take part in a Healthy lifestyle.
